What is House of Merch?
House of Merch opened up shop in 2005. We sell t-shirts, hoodies, and other music apparel-related merchandise. House of Merch tries to cater to a multitude of tastes, but we do focus on the rock/punk/indie/hardcore/screamcore/new wave/country/alt-folk/pop/oh who are we kidding, we try and cater to everybody out there. All of our merchandise is approved by the band and/or the band's official label.
Where is House of Merch Located?
House of Merch is located in Phoenix, Arizona in the United States.
Are All Your Items Officially Licensed?
YES! All our products are 100% officially licensed. If you decide to buy your merch elsewhere, please be careful, as there are a LOT of counterfeits out there these days.
What Brand Are Your T-Shirts Printed On?
House of Merch is a retailer, not a manufacturer, which means we do not actually print any of the T-shirts we’re selling. Instead, we buy all our merchandise wholesale from suppliers.
So unfortunately, we cannot specify what brand our T-shirts are, because they’re all different! Just hit up our customer service department via email (sales@houseofmerch.com) for any sizing questions!
How Do You Ship?
We generally use USPS and UPS for standard delivery.
Do You Deliver On Weekends?
USPS deliveries may occur on Saturdays, but our UPS 2nd Day Air and FedEx 2Day and Overnight options will not include Saturday as a business/delivery day.
Why Don't You Have My Size In Stock?
We offer ALL sizes that a design comes in, so if your size is unavailable, it’s either because it’s sold out (temporarily or permanently) or was never available in your size to begin with! We receive daily restocks, so if it’s temporarily out-of-stock and not discontinued, please keep checking our site.
Can I Get A Discount Code?
We offer a 10% discount when you sign up for our mailing list and run promotions on occasion monthly!
